Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours and they normally take 1 - 4 business days to arrive depending on the shipping location. Orders are processed Mon-Friday during normal business hours. Many orders ship the same day.

If you need your items for an event or other occasion we are happy to offer 2nd day and Overnight delivery. Please call or email customer service for delivery options. Coupon codes for free or discounted shipping charges apply to most merchandise on our web site. In the instance of large oversize items, items shipping international or outside the contiguous U. S. we reserve the right to requote the actual shipping. . Free shipping offers are only valid for the 48 States.

If any item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us in its original packaging and unused condition within 30 days of your order for a full refund less any outgoing shipping costs. Before You Return Consider Other Options:

If your item appears to be defective, please call our Customer Service department at: 1-800-879-0537 and we'll be happy to assist you in troubleshooting the product. We may be able to resolve the issue without you having to go through the returns process. In many cases we can suggest another item that may better suite your requirements. 

Starting Your Return Process:

All returns require an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) please call our customer service number (800) 879-0537 to speak to a customer service representatives. Monday thru Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST. 

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable on orders that received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to returning an item.

Please write the RMA number on the outside of your return. Include a copy of your receipt, along with your RMA number and reason for return. Make sure your items are properly packaged so no damage occurs during transit.

For your protection, we recommend you use a delivery service that provides tracking capabilities.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned within the 30 day period in their original saleable condition; including the original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Returns not complying with the above conditions will be subject to a restocking fee. Some merchandise may be listed as final sale, these items are not returnable.

If you refuse delivery for any reason a refund will be issued once we confirm the items are back in our possession. You will not receive a refund for the shipping and in a case where you received free shipping the actual shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days after we receive the items before receiving your credit.
