Just pop together over most any yard light, or carriage light.  NO extra wires or bulbs needed; easy to turn on and off from inside the house...a safe and convenient feature, especially for the elderly. Made of rugged polystyrene with 5% rubber and UV inhibitor to withstand wind, snowballs, storage, and sub-zero cold to provide LONG life.
