30 Day Return Policy
We hope you're enjoying your recent purchase.
If any item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us in its original packaging and unused condition within 30 days of your order for a full refund. All returns must have an RMA number clearly marked on the package, see important details below.
Before You Return Consider Other Options
If your item appears to be defective, please call our Customer Service department at: 1-800-879-0537 and we’ll be happy to assist you in troubleshooting the product. We may be able to resolve the issue without you having to go through the returns process. In many cases we can suggest another item that may better suite your requirements.
How To Start The Return Process
To obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) please call our customer service number 1-800-879-0537. Any of our qualified customer service representatives will assist you by following our return policy guidelines. Our Customer Service hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST except on Federal Holidays.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. On orders that received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning an item.
Please write the RMA number on the outside of your return. Include a copy of your receipt, along with your RMA number and reason for return. Make sure your items are properly packaged so no damage occurs during transit.
For your protection, we recommend you use a delivery service that provides tracking capabilities.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned within the 30 day period in their original saleable condition; including the original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Returns not complying with the above conditions will be subject to a 60% restocking fee.
If you refuse delivery for any reason a refund will be issued once we confirm the items are back in our possession. You will not receive a refund for the shipping and in a case where you received free shipping the actual shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive the items before receiving your credit.
